Inspired by the timeless gesture of a handmade gift,

I started in embroidery to monogram pieces for our firstborn and as a way to gift thoughtful pieces to our favorites. I quickly realized this could be an avenue to help so many others gift treasured yet affordable keepsakes to those they love.

I’m also helps that I’m blessed to have the Queen Bee’s of thoughtful gifting in both my Mama and my maternal Grandmother. From hand painted house paintings, to family heirlooms, and handwritten gifts of words + songs, their gifts somehow get sweeter with time. I find myself drawn back to them, greeted by feelings of importance and delight that wash over anew as that’s the magic of thoughtfulness. A gift once given imports meaning time and again.

What started as me turned into we, as my husband, Kev, now carries the honor of being the chief design honcho (aka I have a vision but am stuck and mr. color magic/visionary comes to my rescue). But in all honesty, he tends to every part of this small business and it would be stuck in frustrated mode without him.

As always, I’m up and gone somewhere coastal in my mind but stitching from our small farm in Eastern North Carolina. So many ideas God works over in my mind near the water so it’s only fitting that we stumbled upon a small coastal town near our favorite beach called Supply, North Carolina that inspired much of this brand. God wove some dreams that felt as big (to this SAHM of three) and sweet as the cotton candy clouds across the sky into my heart that day when we discovered Supply. It’s my prayer that we play a little part in helping you + yours feel and remember the kindness of God’s thoughtfulness through a Supply Tide keepsake.
