PROCESS & PRODUCTION TIME

Supply Tide takes pride in personalizing each piece by hand and made-to-order just for you. As a small business, please allow us up to 10 to 12 business days to process and produce your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding! 

SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order that will include an order number, your selected shipping method, order details, and ship-to address. Please confirm the address is correct as we are unable to reroute goods once they have been shipped.

Once your order has been processed and produced, we will ship it to you via the shipping method you choose at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and package size. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the carrier's delivery schedule. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Supply Tide is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged due to carrier mishandling or delivery errors. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have 7 days to reach out to us at shopsupplytide@gmail.com to request a return. Returns must be mailed back to us within 14 days. You will be sent a return label by email, please package it up in the same manner as it was mailed to you in. Items must be in original packaging. Once we receive the return we will refund you, this can take up to 7-10 days depending on how you paid. Please note we cannot receive returns for personalized items due to their custom nature. Thank you for your understanding!

Personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for expedited shipping.
